Academies are akin to an immersive nine month executive masters program for people who want to translate their civic activism and service into political impact. Locally led, they focus on engaging underrepresented communities to close the representation gap.
to make the work of political leadership incubators better, faster and more efficient. The PLI space is building on momentum, has large growth and impact potential, and is urgently needed to help democracy face existential threats. We are the only organization convening a global network of PLIs.
